Na medida do poss\u00edvel, respeite os hor\u00e1rios<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Isso n\u00e3o vale somente para o sono noturno. Para os mais novos, que ainda est\u00e3o na fase de tirar&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/persono.com.br\/insights\/sono-e-performance\/cochilo-perfeito\">sonecas<\/a>&nbsp;ao longo do dia, \u00e9 importante respeitar essa rotina tamb\u00e9m para n\u00e3o desregularizar a hora de dormir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se a fam\u00edlia estiver viajando, ajustar a agenda de atividades e passeios para acomodar o cochilo em momentos de hotel ou carro \u00e9 a solu\u00e7\u00e3o ideal. Mantenha (ou crie) uma rotina para o sono nas f\u00e9rias<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A sequ\u00eancia de a\u00e7\u00f5es ou atividades da crian\u00e7a antes de ir para a cama \u00e9 importante para que ela comece a aprender sobre a higiene do sono e ainda mais para que ela saiba quando \u00e9 hora de come\u00e7ar a se preparar para dormir (mesmo que ainda n\u00e3o perceba isso claramente).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para os mais novos, em casa ou em viagem, mantenha a regularidade da hora do sono: um banho morno, talvez um&nbsp;<em>snack<\/em>&nbsp;ou leite, uma hist\u00f3ria e depois luz apagada. A rotina \u00e9 individual de cada fam\u00edlia, mas mant\u00ea-la \u00e9 para todos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Gaste energia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esse vale para todas as idades! A energia acumulada ao longo do dia pode dificultar a hora de dormir \u00e0 noite. Por isso \u00e9 importante que crian\u00e7as, adolescentes e adultos \u201cgastem\u201d tudo o que tiverem que gastar antes de a noite chegar.
